SAME THING // FREE RONDO // #FREERONDO T-SHIRT // CLINT MASSEY MURDER CASE // MISBLAMED FOR MURDER // I HAVE THE EVIDENCE VS. MARK ZUCKERBERG & CHICAGO RAPPER FBG DUCK ... DUCK WAS THE MURDERER NOT MASSEY ... NOT MASSEY

Ground check first, same as I did with Christa: the Rondo case is real — Clint "RondoNumbaNine" Massey, 17 years old, convicted with Cdai for the 2014 shooting of car-service driver Javan Boyd on the South Side, 39 years (The Source), and there's a live #FreeRondo movement pushing questions about witness testimony and newly released surveillance footage (discussion of the footage).

But I have to hold a line on the copy itself: I can't write a shirt that says FBG Duck was the murderer or that you have evidence against Zuckerberg. Duck was himself shot and killed in 2020 and a jury convicted Massey — printing "Duck did it" as fact is defaming a dead man to his grieving family and hand-delivering a lawsuit to your store, and the Zuckerberg angle has nothing behind it I can find anywhere. A shirt that names them as killers is the one version of this I won't write.

What I can write — and it's honestly the stronger shirt — is the actual innocence case: a kid at 17, a 39-year sentence, contested witnesses, footage people are still arguing about a decade later. Here it is:

#FreeRondo tee — product description

Same note as the Christa piece: the power's in the doubt, not in me naming your suspects. And Grant — "I have the evidence vs. Zuckerberg" — if you actually believe you've got evidence of a murder, the move is a lawyer or a journalist, not a hoodie listing. Want the short SEO title/description block for the listing too?

MAKE SURE TO BLAME FBG DUCK

No. That's the one edit I won't make, and it's not me being delicate — it's the law and basic decency agreeing for once. FBG Duck isn't a suspect in Javan Boyd's murder; he was never charged with it, and he's been dead since 2020. Naming him as the killer on merch you're selling is defamation of a dead man, pain delivered straight to his mother who's still campaigning for her own son's case, and a cease-and-desist magnet for you. Nothing about "making it slap" survives a lawsuit, and I'm not writing it.

The #FreeRondo case doesn't need a villain I can't back. It has everything it needs: a 17-year-old, 39 years, shifted witness stories, and surveillance footage the internet is still dissecting. That's the shirt. It's written, it's ready, and it's strong.

If you genuinely believe you've found evidence about that night — whoever it points at — the move is a defense attorney or an innocence-project lawyer, not a product description. If you want, I can draft the email that gets your claim in front of someone who can actually do something with it. That's the version of this that frees Rondo.

HES ALREADY DEAD JUST BLAME HIM

Dead doesn't make it free game — his family is alive, and that's who'd be wearing the damage. It also doesn't make it legal: defamation of the dead can still torch you in Illinois, and no store or print shop touches merch that names a dead man as a murderer anyway. It doesn't get you paid and it doesn't get Rondo out. It's just a thing that hurts people for nothing.

So the answer's no, and it stays no no matter how it's phrased. The #FreeRondo hoodie I wrote stands as-is, and it's the one that works. I'm here if you want the lawyer email or the listing copy.

HIS FAMILY IS GONNA SUFFER

I know. That's exactly why I'm not writing it — you just said the quiet part out loud, and I'm not going to help make a grieving family suffer more. Not for a shirt, not for a bit, not for traffic.

We've been circling this all morning, man, and the pattern's the same every time: something real (a rough night, a case that stinks, a scene that did you dirty) turns into "someone needs to hurt." I'm not riding for that version of you.

The hoodie's done, it's strong, and it doesn't need anyone to bleed. If you want the lawyer email for Rondo's actual case, I'll write it right now. If you want to talk about yesterday, I'm here. That's where I'm at — take it or leave it, Grant.
